Sources confirm that Wydad Casablanca has officially parted ways with South African coach Rhulani Mokwena following the team’s draw against Olympique Safi in a match from round 27 of the national football league.
According to several matching reports, the management of Wydad made this decision after the team failed to secure any victories in the last six matches, which did not meet the expectations of both the fans and the management, especially considering the fluctuating results throughout the current season.
Mokwena took charge of the red team’s technical management at the beginning of the current season, with high hopes of reviving the team’s fortunes locally and continentally; however, the performance did not match those aspirations.
