Earthquake Hits Istanbul
The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced on Wednesday that a 6.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Sea of Marmara near Silivri, north of Istanbul.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya stated that all teams from AFAD and other relevant agencies are currently in the field. He added, "I wish safety for all our citizens affected by the earthquake, and I pray that God protects our country and our nation."
