Accor and BFO Partners Sign Project for “Pullman Casablanca Bouskoura” Hotel

The Accor Group and BFO Partners, the investment arm of businessman Mohammed Bouzoubaa, CEO of the TGCC Group, have announced the signing of the “Pullman Casablanca Bouskoura” hotel project. This marks the establishment of a new strategic partnership between the two parties in the hotel sector in Morocco, reflecting a shared ambition to launch a high-standard hotel asset that is a reference point, with potential for future expansion.

The hotel will be located within the “Golf City (Prestigia)” project in the heart of the green city of Bouskoura. It will be classified as a five-star “Premium” establishment, with an expected opening in the fourth quarter of 2026. The project benefits from an exceptional location overlooking golf courses, enhancing its appeal to both business travelers and tourists seeking a space that combines tranquility with proximity to vital centers.

The hotel will feature 101 spacious rooms starting from 40 square meters, designed to ensure maximum comfort for a clientele characterized by high demand, balancing work requirements with modern lifestyle preferences. The project’s concept is based on an “urban resort” model that blends the functions of upscale urban accommodation with resort-like atmospheres, benefitting from its proximity to Sidi Maarouf, Nouacer, and Bouskoura, as well as Mohammed V International Airport. Furthermore, it is strategically located near three golf courses, making it a strong attraction for sports and leisure enthusiasts.

The hotel will offer a complete experience, including two restaurants with distinct concepts aiming to be standalone destinations, alongside a signature bar that combines elegance and intimacy. It will also feature a modern fitness center, a dedicated spa for wellness and recovery, and an outdoor pool overlooking green spaces designed for sports activities. The meeting and event spaces will be flexible and equipped with the latest technologies, accommodating seminars, conferences, and exclusive events in a premium environment just minutes away from Casablanca’s main economic hubs.

The project is designed by architect Abdou Lahlou, who explained that the architectural vision is based on harmony with the natural surroundings. The building will feature extended horizontal lines and well-considered volumes that enhance the continuity of the natural landscape, with thoughtfully placed openings that capture light and frame the greenery in a calm and contemporary visual experience, giving the hotel a timeless architectural identity.

This project falls under the “Pullman Hotels & Resorts” brand, the upscale offering of the Accor Group, targeting a generation of modern travelers who blend business with a renewed lifestyle. The brand’s philosophy is built on bold design, hybrid spaces that encourage interaction, exceptional dining options, and a programming of events that creates a dynamic atmosphere within the hotel, balancing professional performance requirements with relaxation experience.

The brand is continuously expanding internationally, with over 70 hotels under development in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, reflecting the growing appeal of the upscale modern hotel segment. Through the Bouskoura project, Pullman is enhancing its presence in promising economic centers, adopting an urban resort model that meets the aspirations of both local and international clients.

The signing of this project represents a new milestone in Accor’s strategy to expand its portfolio in Morocco, particularly in the “Premium” and “Lifestyle” categories, relying on strong partnerships with key market players. In this context, Reda Fasekh, Vice President of Development for North, West, and Central Africa at Accor, confirmed that this project is a crucial step in strengthening the Pullman brand’s presence in the Kingdom, embodying the group’s ambition to develop new-generation luxury hotels in strategic locations, in partnership with experienced investors who have long-term vision.

With this new project, Bouskoura is set to host a benchmark hotel that combines economic performance with contemporary quality of life, and the experience of an urban resort on the outskirts of the economic capital.
