Belgium Includes Morocco on the List of Safe Countries: A Major Setback for Liars Exploiting Myths

Belgium Includes Morocco on the List of Safe Countries: A Major Setback for Liars Exploiting Myths
A A

Belgium includes Morocco in its list of safe countries: a significant blow to the merchants of lies.

In a moment akin to irrevocable judgments, the Belgian federal government announced on December 3, 2025, the inclusion of Morocco in the list of safe countries for the first time in the history of relations between the two nations.

This decision did not arise from nothing; rather, it stemmed from a buildup of indicators and reforms that led one of the strictest legal systems in Europe to clearly acknowledge that Morocco is a stable country, with functioning institutions and citizens’ rights guaranteed by constitutional and legal protections.

Official recognition… despite the lies of lobbyists.

Notably, the decision came despite the negative opinion issued by the Federal Commission for Refugees and Stateless Persons. This implies that the Belgian government, led by Minister of Asylum and Migration, Annelies Verlinden, chose to rely on truth over noise, and solid data over fabricated narratives.

The minister stated clearly: “Morocco has become a country that can be considered safe, as the human rights situation has significantly improved in recent years.”

This single statement is enough to dismantle years of toxic rhetoric that tried to portray the Kingdom as a land of persecution and violence.

A final divorce from Europe’s lies.

The inclusion of Morocco among safe countries marks the end of an entire era of exploitation of human rights issues.

Those who presented themselves for years as “victims”—when in truth they were fleeing the law or linked to extremist networks—now face an undeniable reality: Europe is no longer buying rotten goods.

Ali Aaras… and the end of a tired narrative.

It is not an exaggeration to say that this decision is a painful slap for the terrorist known as Ali Aaras, who tried to turn European courts into a stage for his fabricated stories. Today, with an official decision from a respected European state, all those claims are officially invalidated, with a clear expiration date: December 3, 2025, the day the file of lies was permanently closed.

A message to Morocco’s adversaries: the world has changed… and you remain in your place.

Some parties—individuals and organizations—have long sought to convince public opinion that Morocco is a repressive and illegitimate country. Yet the truth you evade is this: Morocco has changed, evolved, and accumulated reforms that your sharp tongues cannot acknowledge. Meanwhile, you remain prisoners of your old narratives, repeating the same record that no longer convinces even those who finance you.

Belgium’s decision is not a flattery… but a sovereign affirmation.

Including a country in the list of safe nations is a sovereign decision, based on a thorough assessment of rights and freedoms, security and stability, and the state’s trust in the institutions of the country in question. Morocco gaining this recognition means one thing: the Kingdom is now seen in Europe as it is, not as it is misrepresented.
