"Moulehout" and His Friend Appear Before the Prosecutor in Marrakech for Unauthorized Filming
This morning, Abdul Ilah, known by the name "Moulehout," along with his friend, a taxi driver, appeared before the prosecutor at the court of first instance in Marrakech. This follows their involvement in a case of illegal filming of a police vehicle while it was performing its official duties.
Details indicate that the incident occurred at the beginning of this month when the two individuals recorded footage of a police car parked near the train station in Marrakech and later shared it on social media without obtaining permission from the relevant authorities, prompting immediate intervention from a police officer.
Subsequently, they were taken to the first police station, where the competent authorities prepared a report on the incident under the supervision of the public prosecutor’s office, which decided to prosecute them while they remain at liberty pending completion of the judicial investigation.
