Raja Club Athletic has terminated the contract of defender Ayoub Benomar following a request from coach Lasad Jarda Chabi. Benomar becomes the third player to end their association with the team recently, joining Bikoro and Abdelrahman Soussi.
The Tunisian coach had included these three players on his list of departures before the club management opened negotiations with them to amicably conclude their contracts ahead of the end of the previous sports season.
