Renaissance Berkane has secured a financial grant of 1.12 million dirhams following its qualification for the final of the African Confederation Cup after overcoming the obstacle of Algeria’s Constantine Youth in the semi-finals.
According to the regulations of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, the orange team is set to receive a grant of 120 million dirhams, designated for national clubs that reach the finals of continental competitions, in addition to a financial contribution of 1 million dirhams from the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
The Berkane team has the opportunity to increase this reward, as winning the African title will guarantee them an additional financial bonus of 2 million dirhams from CAF, along with a new grant from the federation amounting to 180 million dirhams.
Renaissance Berkane is preparing to face Tanzania’s Simba in the final, aiming to achieve its third title in history and enhance its continental standing.
