The Tetouan Mediterranean Film Festival Foundation has announced the postponement of the thirtieth edition of the festival, which was first held in 1985 by the Friends of Cinema Association in the White Dove city.
A press release stated that this cinematic event was originally scheduled to take place from April 26 to May 3 of this year, but has now been rescheduled to occur between October 25 and November 1.
The organizing foundation indicated that the decision to postpone is due to financial and logistical difficulties currently facing the event, which do not allow it to be held under suitable conditions.
The foundation concluded its statement by reaffirming its commitment to deliver a festival that meets the expectations of the audience, professionals, and guests, expressing gratitude to all institutional and private partners for their support, and calling for a collective effort to ensure that the festival continues to elevate the voice of Mediterranean cinema.
