The Economic, Social and Environmental Council convened its 184th General Assembly session on Monday, led by President Abdelkader Amara. The meeting focused on two key draft opinions aimed at addressing rural development and environmental protection in Morocco.
Strengthening the Role of Douars
The first draft opinion emphasizes the critical role of douars, or small rural communities, in the socio-economic landscape of Morocco’s countryside.
