The Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works of National Security Employees has announced the registration for summer camps set for 2026, themed “National Security Camps: A Space for Instilling Values of Solidarity and True Citizenship.” These camps aim to provide opportunities for children and orphans from the National Security family.
Summer Camps Overview
Scheduled to take place from July 8 to August 28, 2026, the summer camps will be hosted at vacation centers in Agadir, Bouznika, Tetouan, and Ifrane, catering to a total of 3,906 children and teenagers connected to the security community.
Target Groups and Educational Goals
The initiative is designed for two age groups: children aged 9 to 14 and teenagers from 14 to 16. The program combines recreational activities with training focused on instilling civic values.
Diverse Program Offerings
The camp program will feature a variety of educational and awareness activities, including workshops led by police officers from school outreach units that will cover topics such as crime risks, addiction, and deviant behaviors. Interactive sessions with experts in security, as well as talks on artificial intelligence and personal development, will also be part of the agenda.
Additionally, the program includes theatrical performances, workshops aimed at developing intellectual and creative capacities, and sessions for teaching the rules of Quranic recitation and memorization. These initiatives aim to foster a balanced educational experience for the participants.
Excursions and Partnerships
Participants will have opportunities for field trips to the National Security Museum and several facilities connected to the new headquarters of the General Directorate of National Security, as well as the Royal Institute of Police and the Higher Institute of Security Sciences in Ifrane. Visits to public institutions and artistic exhibitions are also planned to broaden the children’s cultural and knowledge horizons.
To ensure the success of this social and educational event, the Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works of National Security Employees, in collaboration with relevant central directorates, has mobilized various logistical resources, human capacities, and educational and medical staff. This is aimed at creating a supportive and safe environment for all participants.
These summer camps reflect the foundation’s commitment to social programs for the National Security family, reinforcing values of solidarity, discipline, and citizenship among the younger generations.
