The city of Casablanca will host the fourth edition of the Women Summit on June 25 and 26, themed “The Atlantic Initiative: Women Leading Inclusive and Sustainable African Growth.” This gathering highlights the essential role women play in development, innovation, and regional integration on the African continent.
Organized under the honorary presidency of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem, the event is coordinated by the Startup Grow Foundation and Growth Women. The summit aligns with the dynamic vision of King Mohammed VI, aimed at fostering cooperation and shared development among Atlantic-facing African nations.
A Broad Participation
The summit is expected to attract a diverse group of participants, including government officials, investors, entrepreneurs, diplomats, and representatives from international organizations. Notably, the First Lady of Gabon, Zita Oligui Nguema, will grace the event as a special guest, alongside numerous influential African women leaders.

Discussions during the summit will revolve around several strategic topics, such as women’s leadership and governance, entrepreneurship, and access to financing. Additionally, the agenda includes critical issues like the green and blue economies, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, as well as South-South cooperation and the development of future skills.

The summit will feature panel discussions, specialized workshops, and B2B meetings, alongside a youth-focused hackathon and spaces dedicated to showcasing innovative initiatives and cooperatives. The closing ceremony will include the “Ubuntu Awards,” celebrating inspiring female role models and impactful initiatives across Africa.
