Hosted in a vibrant atmosphere conducive to literary celebration, this year’s fair reaffirmed its significance on the international stage. With participation from over 891 exhibitors representing more than 60 countries and a staggering collection of 135,000 titles, the event catered to a diverse range of interests, further demonstrating Rabat’s role as a cultural hub.

France as the Guest of Honor
This edition welcomed France as the guest of honor, a symbolic recognition of the deep-rooted cultural ties between Morocco and France. This partnership adds a new dimension to the ongoing cultural collaboration, enriching the intellectual and artistic exchange between the two nations.

Celebrating Cultural Heritage

Engaging the Next Generation
Also featured prominently was a dedicated space for children and youth, designed to foster creative and educational experiences through interactive storytelling inspired by Ibn Battuta’s adventures. Workshops based on “The Little Prince” engaged young minds, nurturing their relationship with literature from an early age.

A Platform for Cultural Exchange
The fair’s ambitious programming included over 2,300 diverse activities such as professional meetings, book signings, and training workshops, establishing it as a dynamic platform for cultural interaction and the sharing of experiences.
