Moroccan and French Boxers Prepare for World Championship in Brazil 2026

As part of their preparations for the World Championship in Brazil, the Moroccan and French national teams are participating in a joint training camp at the Moulay Rachid Royal Institute for Youth Training in Salé from March 31 to April 3. This gathering is supervised by the technical teams from both countries, aimed at enhancing the technical and physical readiness of the boxers, and raising the level of competitiveness among them.

The training camp includes a diverse program featuring technical exercises at various levels, designed to assess the teams’ preparedness for international competitions, along with creating direct contact scenarios that contribute to the development of both individual and team performance.

This preparatory gathering will conclude with a strong friendly match scheduled for April 4, 2026, starting at 4 PM, at the covered university boxing hall of the Ben Amsik sports complex in Casablanca. The match will feature both male and female boxers from the Moroccan and French teams.

This initiative is organized by the Royal Moroccan Boxing Federation, which aims to provide the best possible preparation conditions for athletes of both genders ahead of the highly anticipated World Boxing Championship in Brazil from April 18 to 27, 2026, under the auspices of the World Boxing Federation.
