LOGIPARC 2 in Bouskoura: A Logistics Investment Strengthening Casablanca’s Position as an Emerging Industrial Hub

LOGIPARC 2 in Bouskoura: A Logistics Investment Strengthening Casablanca’s Position as an Emerging Industrial Hub
A A

On April 7, 2026, the region of Bouskoura, near Casablanca, witnessed the inauguration of a new logistics and industrial project named “LOGIPARC 2.” The event was attended by Minister of Transport and Logistics Abdessamad Guirao, along with local officials and representatives from public institutions, including the Wali of Casablanca-Settat Region, Mohamed Mehdiya, and economic stakeholders. This initiative reflects the accelerating pace of investment in infrastructure related to the logistics sector in Morocco.

Developed by “LOGIPARC,” a subsidiary of the TIJARA DEVELOPMENT group, the project aims to enhance offerings for industrial and logistics companies by providing modern, equipped rental spaces that meet market demands, in a context characterized by a growing need for integrated logistics platforms near production and distribution centers.

The project spans a total area of 5.5 hectares, with an investment exceeding 200 million dirhams, featuring approximately 25,000 square meters of covered space divided among 23 divisible units, granting investors flexibility in selecting suitable spaces for their activities. These units have been designed according to modern standards that include building height, load-bearing capacity of floors, loading and unloading facilities, and safety systems, ensuring a work environment compliant with international standards.

“LOGIPARC 2” benefits from a strategic location in the Bouskoura area, near key roadways and in close proximity to Mohammed V Airport and the Port of Casablanca, enhancing its appeal to investors seeking effective logistics solutions connected to national and international transport networks. The project presents a comprehensive model that provides ready-to-use units, along with accompanying services such as maintenance and daily management, and the possibility of customizing spaces to meet the needs of each investor.

This initiative builds upon the experience of “LOGIPARC 1,” launched in 2016, as part of a vision aimed at developing organized industrial real estate offerings capable of keeping pace with the transformations within the Moroccan economy, especially in light of the challenges associated with strengthening industrial sovereignty and improving the competitiveness of businesses.

The inauguration of this new logistics complex indicates a growing trend toward structuring the sector by encouraging private investment in specialized platforms, in line with the roles of the Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development in supporting the national logistics development strategy, which seeks to reduce transport costs and enhance supply chains.

The project also highlights the dynamic growth of the Casablanca-Settat region as a key economic hub attracting increasing industrial and logistics investments, driven by infrastructure development and rising demand for storage and distribution services, particularly in light of the transformations affecting supply chains at the international level.

In this context, the TIJARA DEVELOPMENT group aims to expand its investments in this field by increasing covered spaces to 75,000 square meters in the coming years, with an investment surpassing 300 million dirhams, reflecting its ambition to strengthen its position as a reference player in the industrial and logistics real estate market in Morocco.

From an analytical perspective, this project signifies a qualitative shift in the approach to developing industrial zones, transforming them from mere production spaces into integrated logistics service systems capable of meeting the demands of the modern economy, thus enhancing Morocco’s attractiveness as a regional platform for investment and production.
