Trump: NATO Countries Make a “Stupid Mistake”
Donald Trump described the refusal of several NATO countries to assist the United States in securing the Strait of Hormuz, a region experiencing tension and threats from Iran amid the U.S.-Israeli conflict, as a “stupid mistake” on Tuesday.
From the Oval Office, Trump stated that NATO is “really making a stupid mistake,” following his assertion on his platform Truth Social that he no longer needs allied support to secure this vital trade corridor.
