The Treasury expects to borrow between 11.5 and 12 billion dirhams in March

The Directorate of the Treasury and External Finance under the Ministry of Economy and Finance announced that the projected needs of the Treasury for March 2026 will range between 11.5 and 12 billion dirhams.

The Directorate clarified in a statement to investors that accessing the treasury bond auction market this month will involve mobilizing this amount as part of managing public financing needs.

The same source added that the estimated needs of the Treasury for the previous month of February were at the same level, also ranging between 11.5 and 12 billion dirhams.

This approach comes within the context of the periodic management of Treasury financing, through recourse to the domestic market to mobilize the necessary resources to cover state expenses and ensure its financial balances.
