The Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills, led by Youssef Skouri, has referred around 100 private vocational training institutions to the judiciary as part of a national campaign to tighten oversight and regulate the sector.
This decision follows field inspection and monitoring operations that revealed irregularities concerning adherence to specifications, inadequate pedagogical support, and the absence of legal accreditations at some institutions, in addition to violations related to safety conditions and the quality of training.
The ministry confirmed that this initiative is part of a reform process aimed at enhancing the integrity of the private vocational training sector, protecting the rights of trainees, and reinforcing the credibility of the certificates issued, all in alignment with the requirements of the job market.
Furthermore, the ministry emphasized that it will continue regular monitoring operations and implement stricter criteria for granting and renewing licenses, while activating legal procedures against any institution found to be in violation of the current laws.
Through these measures, the ministry aims to establish better governance within the sector and improve the quality of training offerings to meet economic transformations and the needs of businesses for qualified skills.
