In response, the Iranian Ministry of Defense confirmed that the leadership system has alternative plans, indicating that appointing at least three replacements for each leader ensures no leadership vacuum occurs.
The ministry’s spokesperson, according to Fars news agency, stated that Iranian institutions will continue to operate normally regardless of the situation, in a message intended to reassure public opinion and mitigate the impact of any potential targeting on leadership stability.
