The Casablanca Insurance Forum opens new horizons for the sector in its 12th edition

The Casablanca Insurance Forum is set to open new avenues for industry players during its twelfth edition, organized by the Moroccan Insurance Association on April 15 and 16, 2026, under the esteemed patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and under the theme: “New Services and Coverage: Insurance in its Pursuit of New Horizons.”

This edition is being organized in a changing international context, characterized by the emergence of new risks and the rapid pace of technological transformations, alongside growing expectations from policyholders, which necessitates a rethinking of the sector’s models and services. In this framework, the Sultanate of Oman will be the guest of honor, reflecting the increasing international dimension of this event.

The forum, spanning a day and a half, will feature participation from a select group of leaders and experts at national, regional, and international levels. Various perspectives on this year’s theme will be explored through general sessions, specialized seminars, and interactive discussions, highlighting the key challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

Organizers are counting on this edition to foster in-depth discussions about the future of insurance, particularly regarding the development of new coverage and the modernization of services to meet evolving needs, as well as expanding coverage to include new categories and risks. Presentations will also discuss the sector’s contribution to strengthening the resilience of economies and communities, especially in the face of climate and cyber risks, in addition to challenges associated with an aging population.

There is also an expectation that regulatory aspects will receive special attention, exploring ways to support and accompany these transformations to ensure a balance between innovation and consumer protection.

The forum is not limited to academic and theoretical dimensions; it serves as a platform for showcasing the latest innovations and presenting real-world application models, making it a distinguished space for networking and exchanging experiences among various stakeholders, and an opportunity to discover inspiring initiatives and build strategic partnerships.

Thus, the Casablanca Insurance Forum reaffirms its status as a prominent annual event that should not be missed by industry professionals and all those interested in its developments.
