The Al Omran Group has reported a consolidated revenue of 5.872 million dirhams for the fiscal year 2025, reflecting a 9% growth compared to the previous year, based on international financial reporting standards.

The group announced that it has successfully completed its implementation of international financial reporting standards. Notably, the fourth quarter of 2025 experienced significant growth, with revenues increasing by 56% to reach 2.884 million dirhams.

In terms of overall income, the group reported total revenues of 7.023 million dirhams for 2025, representing an 8% year-on-year increase, indicating an improvement in the group’s commercial and financial performance.

Moreover, the group saw a remarkable increase in investments, reaching 7.690 million dirhams during the same year, a 41% rise compared to 2024. This signifies an acceleration in project completions.

As for outstanding loans, they remained stable at 5.597 million dirhams for the previous fiscal year, with a 9% increase compared to the prior year.

The group attributed this positive trend mainly to the issuance of bonds worth 1.500 million dirhams, executed during 2025, aimed at financing its activities and supporting its investment programs.
