Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita held a phone call on Tuesday with the new Foreign Minister of the Netherlands, Tom Berendsen, marking the first communication between the two since the Dutch official’s appointment.
The phone conversation was an opportunity to exchange views on ways to enhance bilateral relations between Rabat and The Hague, as well as to discuss several issues of mutual interest at both regional and international levels.
This contact comes amid ongoing diplomatic coordination between Morocco and its European partners, as both countries are keen to maintain channels of political dialogue and strengthen cooperation in various fields.
