In a move reflecting its ambition to enhance its hospitality offerings and elevate guest experiences, Barrière Narjiss Hotel, located just steps from the medina and its traditional markets, has announced the opening of the “Beefbar” restaurant starting in April 2026.

This project comes as part of a partnership with a prestigious global brand that is celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year, aimed at providing an exceptional culinary experience for lovers of carefully selected premium meats from around the world.

The opening is a qualitative addition to the hotel’s dining options, which already blend traditional French cuisine with authentic Moroccan flavors. With the introduction of “Beefbar Marrakech,” the hotel reinforces its position by attracting a leading brand known for its globally-inspired cuisine, combining upscale street food with high-quality ingredients.

The hotel’s Executive Chef, Hamza Afkir, will continue to lead the culinary experience, adding his own creative touches to the “Beefbar” menu, melding the rich French hospitality tradition that the Barrière group is known for with the richness of local Moroccan flavors, all presented with an innovative modern twist.

“Beefbar” originated in Monaco and has gained international fame by focusing on the finest cuts of meat sourced directly from their origins, prepared using various techniques that combine grilling with modern culinary methods. The restaurant’s menu features luxurious selections such as Kobe beef, A5 Wagyu Tajima, and Black Angus, alongside high-quality local options, cooked using high-heat techniques to ensure perfect crispness and unmatched tenderness.

No dining experience is complete without exceptional desserts, and the restaurant offers innovative dishes like 70% chocolate soufflé with crunchy sesame, and the “Marbled Chocolate Bar,” in addition to “Gelato Mantecado,” presented in a refined manner befitting the venue’s standards.

Regarding design, the artistic direction has been entrusted to designer Cédric Kabroun, who skillfully blends the classic elegance of the Narjiss Hotel with the modern, chic spirit of “Beefbar.” The interior space features ornate ceilings, sculpted wood, natural materials, and dim lighting that create a warm ambiance combining simplicity with sophistication.

“Beefbar Marrakech” promises its visitors a complete sensory journey, combining product quality with high-end hospitality, offering an exceptional experience in the heart of the Red City.

Barrière Narjiss Hotel is categorized as “heritage” within the Barrière group; it comprises 85 spacious rooms and suites, alongside 26 private riads equipped with pools and gardens, as well as a personal concierge service. The hotel provides relaxation spaces, including a heated outdoor pool, an Eastern-inspired spa, a Moroccan bath, and a fitness center.

The hotel also pays special attention to children with a dedicated club offering educational and recreational activities, making the stay a comprehensive experience suitable for all family members.
