The international airport in Tetuan (Sanía Raml) recorded a passenger traffic volume of 377,858 for the year 2025, according to the National Airports Office.
The office confirmed in its air transport report for 2025 that this volume increased by 6.9% compared to 2024, during which the airport welcomed 353,463 travelers.
In December 2025 alone, the Tetuan airport experienced a decline of 29.65%, receiving 22,313 passengers, compared to 31,715 passengers in December 2024.
Regarding aircraft movements recorded during 2025, the airport saw a decrease of 1.63%, totaling around 2,955 movements, down from 3,004 the previous year.
In December alone, the number of aircraft movements decreased by 36.76%, approximately 172 movements compared to 272 movements during the same period last year.
According to the National Airports Office, Moroccan airports recorded an influx of 36.3 million passengers in 2025, representing an 11% increase compared to the same period the previous year.
