Royal Air Maroc Cancels Flight from Casablanca to Paris for This Reason
Royal Air Maroc has cancelled flight number AT762, which was scheduled for Monday, January 5, from Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca to Orly Airport in Paris, due to adverse weather conditions.
In a statement, the company indicated that this cancellation falls under circumstances beyond its control, assuring its commitment to implementing a range of measures aimed at mitigating the impact of this decision on affected passengers.
In this context, Royal Air Maroc has offered its customers the option to change their booking free of charge, subject to seat availability and within the same class of travel, during a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of the cancelled flight, with travel from Casablanca to Orly Airport. The company has also provided the option for ticket refunds using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The company urged its customers to regularly check their flight status and to update their contact information through the “Manage My Booking” service on the official website www.royalairmaroc.com or via the company’s mobile app, ensuring they receive the latest updates in a timely manner.
