Mondelēz Morocco Wins Best Employer Award for the Fifth Consecutive Year
Mondelēz Morocco has been awarded the Best Employer Award for 2026 for the fifth consecutive year, while maintaining its position as the second-best employer nationally for the third consecutive year. This success underscores the strength of its human resources management strategy and the effectiveness of the work environment provided to its employees.
This recognition follows an annual survey conducted by the Institute for Best Employers, which relies on over twenty criteria, including human resources strategy, competency development, diversity and inclusion policies, as well as work environment quality and employee well-being levels.
Osman Nadiwi, General Manager of Mondelēz Morocco, stated, “Winning the Best Employer Award for the fifth consecutive year is a great source of pride for all our teams and reflects our ongoing commitment to employee well-being, competency development, and fostering an inclusive and motivating corporate culture.”
This achievement is a result of organized collective effort, with an employee engagement rate of 91% and a record participation rate of 94%, surpassing the average of Mondelēz International by 16%. This reflects the quality of the work environment and the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.
To support this corporate culture, the company selected a group of employees referred to as “Commitment Champions” to represent their colleagues and contribute to implementing internal initiatives, focusing on skill development programs, inclusive leadership, and promoting equal opportunities.
This award further confirms Mondelēz Morocco’s focus on placing human resources at the heart of its strategy while reinforcing its ongoing commitment to empowering employees and enhancing their performance in alignment with the company’s global quality standards.
Mondelēz International markets snack products in over 150 countries, featuring well-known brands such as Oreo, BelVita, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, Toblerone, and Clif Bar.
