The Royal Navy rescues an elderly woman and two individuals in critical health conditions off the coast of Morocco.

On Tuesday, the Royal Navy intervened swiftly to rescue an elderly woman who was in critical health on board a passenger ship named “Silver Muse,” located 267 kilometers west of El Jadida. She was transferred to the port of Jorf Lasfar, where a medical team received her and took her to a hospital in El Jadida for necessary treatment.

On the same day, the Royal Navy responded to another alert from the search and rescue coordination center regarding another person in critical condition on board a cargo ship named “Cochiwi,” approximately 75 kilometers west of Jorf Lasfar. A helicopter was dispatched to the scene, where the patient was evacuated promptly and transported to the Sheikh Khalifa International University Hospital in Casablanca for required care.

These interventions reflect the preparedness and rapid response of the Royal Navy to maritime emergencies, ensuring the safety of passengers and ship crews in Moroccan waters.
