On the eve of the kickoff of the Africa Cup of Nations 2025, Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi received the FIFA The Best award for the ideal XI of the world’s best players during a ceremonial event held at the national team’s training base at the Mohammed VI Football Complex.
The award was presented by FIFA President Gianni Infantino and the President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, Fouzi Lekjaa, alongside former Moroccan international Hossam Ghaly, just before the opening match of the continental festival.
