Ledda Academy launches its second course to support pastry entrepreneurs in Morocco.
A A

“Ledda Academy” officially launches its second session to support pastry entrepreneurs in Morocco.

Following the remarkable success of its first session, which benefited over 150 participants from five Moroccan cities through intensive professional and structural guidance, this new course is open to a wider audience that includes both men and women, united by their passion for the culinary arts. The clear objective is to support a new generation of entrepreneurs in the pastry sector.

This initiative, which kicks off under the slogan “Success Has Its Flavor,” embodies a commitment to transforming a passion for culinary art into a genuine tool for economic integration and personal development. The academy employs a holistic approach that combines skill development, entrepreneurial guidance, and the enhancement of each participant’s creative identity.

The first session yielded tangible results; some beneficiaries continued their studies to expand their professional horizons, while others managed to integrate directly into the job market. In Casablanca, one of the winners launched her own catering service, recording her first orders, clearly reflecting the program’s primary aim of supporting the establishment of successful, sustainable independent projects.

The “Ledda Academy 2025” session will be held in five Moroccan cities: Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, Marrakech, and Agadir. Each city will feature expanded courses addressing essential topics such as pastry technique development, equipment selection, digital skill acquisition, and familiarization with management and marketing tools.

The program includes a strategic component aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial culture and creating self-employment opportunities through training modules on digital marketing, personal branding, and producing relevant content for social media platforms. This aspect aims to enable participants to structure their projects professionally, improve their market positioning, and enhance their digital presence in a cohesive and appealing manner.

The second session is part of a developmental vision with a clear social impact, supporting youth of both genders in their paths toward professional integration and economic independence, reaffirming “Ledda’s” commitment to a comprehensive local model based on talent development, fostering the spirit of initiative, and leveraging passion as a fundamental element in building the future.

The opening session of this edition took place on November 27 in Casablanca, with the presence of content creator Halima Filali, marking a significant moment to emphasize the grand ambition of empowering individual creativity and establishing a culture of social enterprise.

Hind El Hanash, Marketing Director at Lesieur Cristal, confirmed that “Ledda Academy” aims to provide a comprehensive framework enabling each participant to transform their personal skills into a promising project that aligns with their reality and aspirations.

Lesieur Cristal is supporting this new season of the academy under its message “Serving the Earth,” believing that success is also embodied in supporting collective projects and inclusive initiatives by accompanying aspiring entrepreneurs driven by passion and ambition to build a bright and creative professional future.
