Airbus: Casablanca Launches First Direct Line Connecting Mohammed V Airport to Casa-Port

Casablanca is enhancing its transportation network starting December 1, 2025, with the launch of the “Airbus” service, a rapid bus line that connects Mohammed V Airport to the Casa-Port station. This initiative, overseen by the National Airports Office, aims to facilitate the movement of passengers between the airport and the city center.

The service operates 24/7, with buses running every 30 minutes, at a fixed fare of 50 dirhams. The line connects Casa-Port station to Terminal 2 of the airport, with stops at Terminal 1, passing through key neighborhoods in the city.

A Modern Fleet Accessible to All

This service is operated in partnership with Alsa Casablanca, featuring a fleet of modern, air-conditioned buses equipped with Wi-Fi and secure luggage areas, as well as facilities for individuals with disabilities. Each bus has a capacity for about 80 passengers, including 26 seats.

An Additional Solution for Managing Transportation Pressure during Major Events

The launch of “Airbus” comes in anticipation of the expected increase in passenger numbers during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, enhancing existing transport services, including trains, taxis, and urban transport options, while providing a practical and economical alternative to reduce traffic congestion.

This service aims to transport approximately 4,500 passengers daily in the future, with the potential to increase capacity during peak times such as the Hajj season, Marhaba operations, tourist seasons, or major events.
