The Regional Audit Court for the Casablanca-Settat region has announced the commencement of an inspection related to the management of the private property of the Casablanca municipality as part of the annual management oversight program for 2025.
In a letter addressed to the municipality’s president, Nabila Armiyli, the court confirmed that the mission team, composed of Mohammed Sharafawi and Aziz Hani, will visit the municipality’s offices on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10:30 AM to initiate the mission and hold a meeting with the officials responsible for property management.
The court requested that the municipality president appoint an official contact to facilitate the team’s work and provide all necessary documents and information to ensure the mission’s success, emphasizing the need to facilitate the team’s procedures during the oversight period.
This action is in line with the court’s exercise of its powers as stipulated in Articles 117, 118, 147, and 148 of the Financial Courts Code, aiming to enhance transparency and ensure the proper management of public properties in the region.
