OCP Group Reports Revenues of 84.36 Billion Dirhams
The revenue of the Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP) Group exceeded 84.36 billion dirhams in the first nine months of 2025, compared to 69.04 billion dirhams during the same period last year.
The group stated in a press release that this growth is primarily attributed to an increase in the volume of phosphate rock and fertilizer exports, supported by strong global demand.
The revenue from phosphate fertilizers increased by 17 percent in local currency compared to the previous year. Additionally, the volume of Triple Super Phosphate (TSP) rose by 55 percent year-on-year, accounting for 30 percent of total fertilizer exports, driven by robust sales in India, Brazil, and some African markets.
These results reflect the group’s strategic focus on developing highly effective agricultural fertilizers that enhance productivity and soil health, while simultaneously addressing the growing demand in the TSP fertilizer market.
Furthermore, the revenue from rock phosphate improved by 112 percent in local currency compared to last year, driven by strong export volume growth. Conversely, revenue from phosphoric acid declined by 10 percent due to reduced sales volume, alongside a voluntary shift towards producing high value-added fertilizers.
