In an atmosphere filled with pride and dignity, the province of Oujda witnessed the national flag-raising ceremony this Wednesday morning, commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of the Green March.
The event was attended by the provincial governor, accompanied by an official delegation and several civil, military, and security figures. This symbolic moment evoked the spirit of national unity exemplified by Moroccans during the Green March in 1975.
The occasion served as an opportunity to reaffirm commitment to the constants of the Moroccan nation and to recall the values of sacrifice and solidarity that characterized this national epic, which marked a turning point in the history of Morocco’s territorial integrity.
