The public prosecutor’s office at the Court of Appeal in Agadir has announced the launch of an investigation regarding a video circulating on social media, in which a woman claims to have been the target of an attempted murder by two individuals on a motorcycle. She asserts that the suspects were released and that certain parties are working to suppress the case.
A statement from the public prosecutor clarified that initial investigations revealed only one person was riding the motorcycle, contrary to what the video owner reported. The investigations further indicated that the woman was driving her car behind the motorcycle, and the driver had kept to the far right to avoid a collision, while her vehicle veered towards the stones and crashed into them.
The public prosecutor confirmed that investigations are ongoing, and appropriate legal actions will be taken, emphasizing the commitment to ensuring the proper application of the law and to revealing the truth to the public.
