Launch of the Third Edition of the HR Awards to Honor Innovative Institutions with the “Next Gen Employer” Mark in Casablanca
Following the success of the previous two editions, the organizers of the HR Awards have announced the second call for nominations for the prestigious “Next Gen Employer©” mark. The third award ceremony will take place on November 28, 2025, in Casablanca, to honor institutions recognized for their innovative human resources management strategies in Morocco.
The “Next Gen Employer” mark is unique in Morocco, as it honors institutions that prioritize youth in their human resources policies, encouraging training, integration, management innovation, and sustainability. Acquiring this mark is not just recognition of excellence; it serves as a strong testament to the institution’s commitment to young talent and sustainable development.
Among the previous winners are leading institutions in the national economic fabric, including: Attijariwafa Bank, LafargeHolcim Morocco, Yasser, Dislog Group, Bank of Africa, Givaudan Naturix, Orange Morocco, TP, DXC CDG, and Safran Aircraft Engines Services Morocco. These institutions showcase that the “Next Gen Employer” mark is more than just an award; it embodies a vision for the future of work in Morocco, with youth playing a pivotal role.
The organizing committee invites companies, human resources departments, universities, and higher institutes to submit their nominations starting today. The results will be announced during the 2025 HR Awards ceremony, scheduled for November 28 in Casablanca.
