Morocco Participates in the “Invest in Senegal” Forum with a High-Level Delegation Led by Nasser Bourita

Under the directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, is participating this Tuesday in Dakar, Senegal’s capital, in the “Invest in Senegal” Forum, which is the prominent annual economic event organized by the Senegalese state.

This forum, held under the auspices of the presidency of the Republic of Senegal, gathers a select group of international investors, government officials, and prominent economic actors to discuss investment opportunities and structural projects overseen by the host country.

Morocco is represented at this event by an important delegation of economic operators, including representatives from the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) and several major institutions operating in the banking, energy, and water sectors, as well as in the pharmaceutical and medical industries. This participation reflects the growing economic and cooperative relationships between Morocco and Senegal, two countries united by a shared history and deep human and political ties.

Moreover, this engagement embodies the noble vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, focused on strengthening South-South partnerships and supporting a model of sustainable and inclusive economic development across the African continent.

Through this active presence, Morocco reaffirms its unwavering support for development initiatives in Senegal and its desire to collaborate with African partners to build a shared future based on solidarity, productive investment, and mutual prosperity.
