King Mohammed VI Launches Construction of a Regional Complex for Psychological and Social Rehabilitation in Mediouna

Today, King Mohammed VI presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for a specialized regional complex in the Sidi Hajjaj Ouad Hssar district of the Mediouna province, dedicated to receiving and rehabilitating individuals with mental and psychological disorders.

The complex, funded by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, represents a total investment of 300 million dirhams. It aims to provide specialized therapeutic and psychological services, in addition to professional and cognitive activities designed to support patients during their stabilization and recovery phases.

This facility aspires to equip beneficiaries with specific skills that facilitate their social and professional reintegration, while offering a supportive environment that reflects the king’s particular concern for advancing the health sector, especially in mental health.
