A well-deserved quiet night transformed into a state of alert in the village of Ishdaden, part of the Ben Drakul commune in the province of Chefchaouen, after the body of a young man was discovered in a well yesterday evening. This incident prompted the intervention of various security and civil protection agencies.
Upon being notified, local authorities and elements of the royal gendarmerie rushed to the scene, where rescue teams oversaw the retrieval of the body. It was subsequently transported to the morgue for an autopsy ordered by the competent public prosecutor.
The incident has left the villagers in shock, expressing their sadness and sorrow over the tragedy, while investigations continue to uncover the circumstances surrounding the death and determine the actual causes behind it.
