During his appearance on the program “Truth in 90 Minutes,” Tunisian coach Lassaad Chabi opened his heart about his special relationship with Raja Casablanca. He emphasized that his connection to the team transcends financial aspects and extends to an emotional and human dimension.

Chabi stated explicitly: “Even if Raja does not pay me, I won’t claim anything from FIFA, the Federation, or anyone else. I am Rajaoui, and Raja has given me a name and allowed me to speak with His Majesty King Mohammed VI twice.”

This statement reflects the deep loyalty of the Tunisian coach to the green club, which he considers a pivotal point in his football and personal career. He highlighted that his experience with Raja brought significant recognition to his name and opened doors he never dreamed of, particularly the opportunity to meet King Mohammed VI twice, an event he regarded as an invaluable honor.

Chabi also conveyed a sense of sadness and discomfort following the decision to part ways with the club, but he stressed his complete respect for the management’s choice. He noted that the affection he received from the fans and the history of the club would remain etched in his memory, asserting that what Raja provided him cannot be compensated by money or any other privilege.

Thus, Lassaad Chabi painted a picture of a coach devoted to the club, believing that his allegiance to Raja goes beyond any financial dispute, affirming that his relationship with the team will persist no matter the circumstances.
