The police in the Fes security district, in cooperation with the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance, arrested four individuals on Wednesday afternoon, September 24, suspected of being involved in drug trafficking and the distribution of narcotic substances.
The suspects were intercepted in the city of Fes while driving two light vehicles, caught red-handed with possession and distribution of drugs. The search operation resulted in the confiscation of 5,888 narcotic pills of various types, 67 kilograms of hashish, and 295 grams of cocaine, along with a significant amount of cash suspected to be the proceeds of this criminal activity.
The arrested individuals were subjected to a judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor to determine all the circumstances and details of the case and to track potential extensions of this criminal activity.
