Casablanca.. Arrest of a Suspect and Seizure of 9 Tons of Prohibited Plastic Bags
The police in the Moulay Rachid area of Casablanca arrested a 31-year-old man on Thursday morning, September 25, on suspicion of possessing and distributing prohibited plastic bags.
The suspect was caught in the act of selling these bags in a neighborhood of the city. A subsequent search of his home led to the seizure of a significant quantity of nine tons, which was stored and ready for distribution.
The arrested individual has been placed under judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor to uncover the circumstances of this case and identify all potential accomplices.
