Mohamed Bouzoubaa Reduces His Stake in TGCC to 61% Following Capital Increase

The Moroccan capital market authority (AMMC) has announced that Mohamed Bouzoubaa has reduced his ownership stake in TGCC to below 66.66%, due to the dilution effect following a recent capital increase.

A statement issued yesterday by the regulatory body clarified that Bouzoubaa currently holds 21,140,814 shares in the construction and public works company, representing 61% of its capital.

The authority added that this process is part of a capital increase for which a prospectus was published under reference VI/EM/026/2025.
