The Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property has launched a new mechanism exclusively for Moroccans living abroad, allowing them to benefit from simplified services tailored to their needs regarding the protection of trademarks, patents, designs, and trade names, wherever they are.
This initiative involves the establishment of a dedicated office for Moroccans around the world, ensuring quick and personalized handling of their files, along with a designated contact number for direct communication with the office.
The digital platforms of OMPIC allow for all procedures to be completed remotely, from the registration and renewal of industrial property rights to accessing legal and financial information about registered companies in the commercial register, as well as immediate tracking of processing stages.
This step is part of a comprehensive strategy to modernize services and bring them closer to members of the Moroccan community, enhancing the competitiveness of the projects they launch worldwide.
