Five Dead and 11 Injured in Collision Between Cars and Tractor in Sidi Ben Nour
Five people lost their lives today, Sunday, in a traffic accident on National Road No. 110 between Sidi Ben Nour and Oulad Imran, following a strong collision between two cars and a tractor.
The accident occurred when the driver of one of the vehicles attempted to overtake the tractor and collided with another car, resulting in the deaths of four members of the same family along with the tractor driver.
In addition to the victims, 11 individuals sustained varying degrees of injuries and were immediately transferred to Mohammed V Hospital in El Jadida for treatment, with two cases reported as critical.
Local authorities have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of the accident and assign responsibilities, while rescue teams continued their operations to secure the site and provide assistance to the injured.
