BMCI and ISCAE Launch Strategic Partnership for Professional Rehabilitation and Integration in the Banking Sector

BMCI Group, part of BNP Paribas, in partnership with the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE), has launched a new training program called “Passerelles.” This initiative aims to develop the skills of bank employees and enhance the employability of students through innovative initiatives that connect the academic and professional worlds.

The six-month program allows around twenty employees from BMCI to participate in specialized training at ISCAE, which includes academic lessons, practical workshops, and regular mentoring, all while they fulfill their daily tasks. Participants will receive a professional certificate at the end of the program, opening new horizons within the banking institution.

In the framework of the same partnership, the two institutions have launched the “Next Bankers” program, primarily aimed at ISCAE students. This program seeks to facilitate their integration into the banking sector by providing organized and paid internship opportunities, as well as individual mentoring that could lead to permanent employment. The program also includes professional contributions from BMCI experts during training sessions and collaborative projects, along with the organization of job fairs and open days.

A joint steering committee has been established between the two institutions to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of this collaboration.

Through this initiative, BMCI aims to support the ongoing training dynamics of its employees and achieve internal professional development, while the “Next Bankers” program reflects the bank’s desire to attract promising talent and guide them towards sustainable career paths within the institution.
