Victor Abrego Returns to Raja Club Athletic in the Summer Transfer Market
Raja Club Athletic announced on Thursday the return of Bolivian player Victor Abrego to the team during the ongoing summer transfer window, coming from Nacional Potosí in Bolivia.
The green team shared on its official “Facebook” page photos of the player participating in his first training session after his return, accompanied by the caption: “Guess who’s back? Victor Abrego is home again,” in a warm welcome to one of its former members.
Raja previously signed Abrego during the last winter transfer window; however, the player did not have many opportunities to participate due to the previous coach Joseph Zinnbauer’s lack of confidence in his abilities, prompting him to leave the team early for the Bolivian league.
Abrego’s return comes as Raja aims to strengthen its squad ahead of the new football season, as the team aspires to compete on all fronts both domestically and on the continental stage.
