Dismissal of Several Provincial Directors: The Ministry Clarifies
The Minister of National Education, Preschool Education, and Sports, Mohammed Saad Bahara, described the decision to suspend a number of provincial directors as a standard administrative procedure that the ministry has been applying for several years.
In response to a written question from the Socialist group regarding this, the minister stated that any transfer or termination of certain provincial directors is based on the provisions of the National Charter for Education and Training, particularly Law No. 07.07, which grants regional academies broad legal powers to fulfill their duties within the framework of governance and good management.
Mohammed Saad Bahara further emphasized that the ministry is committed to making decisions based on fairness and objectivity, asserting that the ministry is in dire need of qualified personnel to enhance the quality of public education.
