The Wydad Athletic Club has been unable to finalize the loan deal for Moroccan player Marwan Saadane from Al-Fateh SC, despite reaching a preliminary agreement between the two parties.
Informed sources indicate that Al-Fateh management received the loan request late yesterday and expressed their initial consent for the player’s transfer. However, delays in completing the necessary administrative procedures prevented the deal from being finalized in a timely manner.
This delay caused the transfer to fall out of the official activation circle, depriving Wydad of the opportunity to bolster its squad with a key player during the current transfer window, even though both the player and the clubs had a mutual desire to facilitate the agreement.
