The Ministry of Transport and Logistics has announced the launch of a new set of digital services through the “Télé-services” information system starting July 1, 2025. This initiative is part of its efforts to develop e-government and streamline administrative procedures for professionals in the transport sector.
In a statement, the ministry noted that the first phase, commencing on July 1, will include the issuance and withdrawal of a special license card for road transport vehicles carrying goods for hire, along with an operating document for rescue vehicles.
The range of digital services will expand starting July 10 to include the issuance of special authorizations for double transport and tourist transport, as well as operating documents for staff transport vehicles and school transport for hire. Additionally, there will be renewals for the operating document for private school transport.
The ministry urged all concerned companies to get in touch with its local offices to learn about the details of the new procedures and to re-sign the agreement related to the digital services, which can be downloaded from the ministry’s official website. It emphasized that this implementation is in response to the demands expressed by professionals during sector dialogue sessions, particularly those related to digitizing procedures and facilitating access to administrative documents.
The ministry confirmed that this digital approach is part of its strategy aimed at improving administrative efficiency and easing services in line with the expectations of professionals and citizens, thereby enhancing the trust between the administration and its beneficiaries.
