The Casablanca Stock Exchange Begins Trading in the Green

The Casablanca Stock Exchange began trading today, Tuesday, on a positive note, with its main index “MASI” recording a gain of 2.41%, settling at 18,182.21 points.

The “MASI.20” index, which reflects the performance of 20 listed companies, rose by 2.8% to reach 1,490.85 points. The MASI.ESG, representing companies with the best ratings, advanced by 2.68%, settling at 1,258.11 points.

Additionally, the “MASI Mid and Small Cap,” which tracks the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the exchange, gained 2.24% to 1,761.38 points.

Yesterday, the MASI index closed with a loss of 1.13%.
