The Olympique Safi team clinched the King’s Cup title after triumphing over Renaissance Berkane in a penalty shootout, following a goalless draw in both regular and extra time.
Olympique Safi opened the scoring in the first half through their player Salah Eddine Rahouli, only for captain Ayoussofo Daio to equalize for Berkane from the penalty spot.
Luck smiled upon Olympique Safi as they secured the victory in the shootout, ending their title drought since the club’s inception.
